Can I run the billing manually too? +
Yes. There's a 'Run billing now' button on the Subscriptions page that fires the engine immediately — handy for testing a new plan or catching up after downtime.
What if I want to skip a cycle for one customer? +
Pause the subscription. The cursor stays where it is; when you resume, the next bill is generated for the date you resume on, not the date you paused.
Does it handle UAE VAT? +
Yes. Every plan can carry a 5% VAT default — the generated invoice applies it automatically, TRN + tax-invoice fields are populated, and the VAT return report reconciles to what FTA expects.
What happens at year-end or when the subscription ends? +
If you set an end date, the subscription auto-flips to 'expired' after the last cycle and stops billing. No end date means it bills forever until you cancel.
Can the customer pay one cycle's invoice partially? +
Yes — generated invoices are just regular sales invoices. Record partial payments the same way you would on any invoice.
